Calculations | Designing | 3D Modelling

• Calculations: Performed comprehensive calculations for custom interactive mechanisms, ensuring safety and optimal performance including specialized fog effects.

• Designing: Led the conceptualization and detailed mechanical design of bespoke interactive elements, translating immersive artistic visions into robust, manufacturable systems. Produced precise engineering drawings and photorealistic renderings for client approval and fabrication.

• 3D Modeling: Developed L.O.D 500 3D models of all interactive components, utilized for detailed engineering analysis, animation to illustrate operational sequences, and seamless coordination with BIM models. Rapidly prototyped key mechanisms using FDM and SLA 3D printing technology.

Mechatronics | Fabrication | Commissioning

• Mechatronics: Designed dynamic interactive's, combining it with electrical control panels and PLC's to realize client's vision.

• Fabrication: Created Fabrication drawings of machinable parts & production drawings of FRP parts from the 3D model and ensured the Quality of final parts, I made sure they are well within the budget and time.

• Commissioning: Led the team of mechanical installers and electricians at SWAD site to ensure the installation of 12 interactives around the park, is as per the provided methodology and ensured the quality. while decreased the total installation time by 10 percent than forecast.

• Documentation and Creating O&M Manuals: Created all the documents and references for the maintenance team for their operations
